How much does ISO certification cost?
The InterConformity pricing grid lists initial certification for one standard in the “10 employees” category at EUR 280 plus VAT. Annual surveillance is EUR 180 plus VAT. Initial certification and two surveillance audits total EUR 640 plus VAT for the first cycle. The proposal is confirmed after reviewing the organisation.
The InterConformity pricing grid
Compare the initial fee and the ongoing surveillance fee separately. In each table cell, the first figure is initial certification and the second is annual surveillance. All amounts are in EUR, excluding VAT. Employee categories retain the wording of the commercial grid; the applicable category is confirmed in the proposal.

Budgeting for the first three-year cycle
The calculation is initial certification + 2 × annual surveillance. For example, two standards in the 10–20 employees category cost EUR 550 initially and EUR 300 for each surveillance audit. The first-cycle total is EUR 1,150 plus VAT.
Recertification at the end of the cycle is priced separately. If your organisation already holds a certificate, share it when requesting a transfer or recertification proposal so the team can assess the correct route.
Why employee count is not the whole picture
Organisations with equally sized teams may run very different operations. The proposed scope, locations, processes, shifts and standards all matter when preparing an offer. An office-based service business and a manufacturer operating several sites cannot be described by headcount alone.
For more than 50 employees, request a tailored proposal. The website does not extrapolate a price for categories outside the supplied grid.
